Employee Testimonials…

For the first time in my career, I have been able to find a work/life balance and I attribute that to living in this community and being able to leave my workday and immediately meet up with friends to hike the trails where I can reconnect with nature. It’s a beautiful lifestyle on Salt Spring Island and a great place to raise our kids as well.

I really enjoy living and working in a small, rural community. Salt Spring Island was really appealing for a number of reasons - one of them being it is so easy to get to larger centres with direct ferries to Vancouver, Victoria and Crofton.
