Working in the ER as a Pharmacy Technician provides the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, and paramedics. Meeting patients from many different backgrounds reminds me how important our role is in supporting their care during difficult moments.

Although the work can be demanding, it is very rewarding. Knowing that my efforts help ensure safe and timely medication use gives me a strong sense of purpose. I take pride in contributing to a team that helps patients receive the care they need when they need it most.
