What I love most about working at Island Health is the support I receive from my colleagues and managers. As a new to practice occupational therapist, there is lots of opportunities for growth through mentorship, education sessions and support from staff at other sites. What inspires me to come to work every day is that I love what I do, and I have a supportive team to help me be the best occupational therapist I can possibly be.
